True Gelato, Ballyclare is owned by brothers, Karl and Ryan Wilson. Established in 2017, the inspiration behind each handmade ice cream flavour, freshly made on site, comes from travelling to sunny destinations to taste delicious gelato. They are passionate about creating wonderful artisan ice-creams and sorbets. Offering a taste sensation, free from additives, preservatives, colourings and palm oil, from their ice cream parlour in the heart of Ballyclare.

From the finest vanilla, luxuriously indulgent chocolate, devine honeycomb, salted caramel, cherry and bubblegum to name but a few of the delicious flavours.

The mouth watering quality of this ice cream has to be tasted to be believed.
